SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Your Orientation leaders look forward to meeting you on Saturday, August 15th at 12pm in the Holmes Convocation Ctr. You will receive a detailed schedule of the entire week of events during lunch.

Parking is available at the Holmes Convocation Center parking lot-behind the Convocation Center. Refer to the campus map for directions. The Holmes Ctr. is no.34 on the Campus Map.

 

Saturday, August 16th

• 12-1pm - The APPetizer: free lunch with live entertainment featuring The Remarks! Holmes Convocation Ctr.

• 1-2pm - Student Involvement Exchange: learn more about campus involvement from the Student Body President, Carson Rich! ​Holmes Convocation Ctr.

• 2-3pm - More to come... IG Greer Theater

• 3:30-5pm - Chancellor's Black and Gold Ceremony: Get your Appalachian "A" pins Holmes Convocation Ctr.

• 5-6pm - Chillin' with the Chancellor: Free Icecream Holmes Convocation Ctr.

• 9pm-1am - APP Spectacular!!! 

 

Sunday, August 17th

• 12-1pm - FREE Pizza with your Welcome Weekend leaders! Blue Ridge Ballroom, PSU

• 1-2pm - Transfer Center Introduction and Student Panel Blue Ridge Ballroom, PSU

• 2-3pm - Campus Resources Photo Scavenger Hunt: Group with the best photos win awesome prizesASU Campus

• 3-4pm - I AM Appalachian: learn more about what it is to be a Mountianeer Schaefer Center

• 3:30-7pm - Club Expo: learn more about what clubs APP STATE has to offer. 

• 9:15(dark) -11pm - Movie on the Lawn Duckpond Field
